Christian Ed commission members attended a VBS workshop Monday night and narrowed the choice of curriculum for this summer to two choices. VBS is scheduled for June 18-22, 2007, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. If you’d like to volunteer or have children who would like to attend contact Becky Rishel at rishels2@earthlink.net.

Bring your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors and any other kids you know to Vacation Bible School, June 19 to 23 from 6:30 to 8:30 each evening. The theme is “Treasure Cove” and the treasure we will be seeking is the love of Jesus. There will be activities for pre-schoolers through junior high. We are still seeking guides for small groups of five or six kids. This would be a perfect way for older teens or any age adult to help out with VBS without having to do a lot of preparation. Ten people had perfect attendance at Sunday School for the fall and/or winter quarters.

The Christmas eve service is planned for 7 p.m. We will be have our normal schedule for
Sunday School and church on the 25th, but we will have a special Christmas service this Sunday, December 18th.
